However, there is a new weapon in town… ‘The Mindozer!’ This mind weapon allows incarcerated dissenters to communicate with people outside the base – thus adding to dissent while the authority tries to clamp down on the mindozer and its origins.

We found piles of hidden objects in the Narrows Guard House, Hidden away in secret cabinets, holes, and carrying bags. These indicated that guards were helping to smuggle brain control technologies out of Rilao to the rest of the world.
