Weapons gone bad

Mind control of robotic machines has a feed back effect which allows the dictatorship to place both thoughts and memories into the the populace. However, this also has the effect of limiting life span =- which can only be over come through deep meditation. This leads to civil unrest, ameliorated by intense amounts of hallucinogens – which often cause the robots to go awry…

Alpaca ZipRace (TM)

Dear guests!!! > Welcome to Rilao national Sport > a ALPACA ZipLine Race (TM)

Specially genetically bred for Rilao these Alpacas are Speed Junkies. Since 2014, network of ziplines grew ever more now reaching about 55% percent of Rilao archipelago.
It is the only infrastructure on the island with 100% approval by all.

Winner Alpacas are worshiped and considered a national treasure. There is whole department at Rilao academy dedicated to designing most aerodynamic capsules and prosthesis for optimal performance.

In past few years there were rumors of ZipLine Race (TM) Inc. involved in rather nasty revelations about drug smuggling ring among the archipelago islands (and outside)… but spokeperson at ZipLine (TM) denies any such allegations.

Review of I HAD IT ALL

Yesterday’s opening of Pria Ibenos’ latest exercise in political polemics fails to excite on many levels – not the least of which are its depiction of unbelievable characters and any subtlety at all.

“I Had It All” is all too obviously meant as a parable. Its characters – two brothers who are from “that hill where we can’t see the land below – and we’re okay with that” (as brother Juneau actually says near the beginning of Act 1) live in the richest parts of the High Coral area of the Red Highlands. Of course they have no idea how the oppressed people in the STEM housing live.

The play’s anti-government propaganda is presented in such a baldly obvious way that Ibenos undercuts her own ideas. The actors playing the two brothers – Willard Pantane and Nara Blilly – struggle gamely but are weighed down by dialogue which comes less from their characters and more from the play’s plot needs.

The one redeeming asset is Tiara Wilao’s set design. Though she clearly has no sense of what a real High Coral house looks like, she gives it a lush color palette which is in good contrast to the much more believable STEM set.

Racing Alpacas as Mules

While the tradition of Alpaca racing was started for underground betting, it quickly became a new channel for smuggling goods in and out of Rilao. Designer drugs from the island were sewn into the branded racing jerseys that the Alpacas wore and handed off to smugglers who transported them out of the island. These are the racing jerseys and brands of the top 3 racing alpacas of Rilao.

The Mindozer!

Over the years, Rilaoan Military base has kept dissenters in isolation to prevent them from congregating. However, there is a new weapon in town… ‘The Mindozer!’ This mind weapon allows incarcerated dissenters to communicate with people outside the base – thus adding to dissent while the authority tries to clamp down on the mindozer and its origins.
