MISSING CHILD — RONAN DOE

SKY RING WEEKLY REVIEW, SEPTEMBER 25th 1931
*** FOR IMMEDIATE CIRCULATION ACROSS RILAO ADMINISTRATIVE DISTRICTS***

RONAN DOE — MISSING OR PRESUMED DEAD
A boy raised in the slums of Rilao and displaced by early construction on the STEM Project in the Sky Ring district has disappeared, the Weekly Review has learned. Both parents dead of the plague, Ronan (surname unknown) was last seen leaving the vicinity of a Sky Ring District schoolhouse by night, in mild-mannered conversation with a man presumed to be his teacher (name not released). Concerned friends say Ronan was dedicated to improving the lives of students by encouraging them to drop out of our nation’s fine schools, a fool’s errand if ever there has been one.

His body has yet to be recovered, and he was last seen in the region of new STEM construction surrounding the Sky Ring District.
